(Deerfield Beach, FL)  Designing Spaces Holiday Spaces has teamed up once again with their friends at Kikkoman to show off some trendy Asian American recipes– perfect to serve during the holidays.  Kikkoman joins O2 Media’s Designing Spaces as they air on the WE network and on TLC.

O2 Media’s Designing Spaces also welcomes back Helen Roberts, Culinary Development Manager from Kikkoman.  Helen is going to talk about bringing Asian quality to your cooking– it’s called Umami.  Helen says, “Umami is a Japanese word that describes a savory quality to cooking. This quality can be applied to all kinds of foods, from Caesar salad to spaghetti.  Right now it is one of the hottest cooking trends, because Umami offers a whole new approach to enhancing and boosting flavor. Our source of Umami cooking on the show, will be with Kikkoman products.”
